New Staff Reply: Yellow Images

What a mystery!  I see no way to debug it other than what we have tried
so I will close this ticket.  If it recurs I will worry about it.  I am surprised 
that a full reinstall worked where simply replacing the XAS load module failed
but I am glad it is now working for you.
