Dear Eric,

The BLAPP task seems to run fine when I corrected the STOKES values in the BS table.

But I have another related problem: when running INDXR after "subarraying" (USUBA), I remarked that the BS table is not correctly updated. If you closely look at the NX table and the BS table, you will see lots of subarray errors.
For example, for the two first scans, in the NX table, I have:

ROW TIME TIME INTER SOURCE ID SUBARRAY START VIS END VIS FREQ ID

       1 0/18:04:11.0 00:08:16.0 1 2 142 55169 1
       2 0/18:04:11.3 00:08:16.5 2 1 1 55201 1

and in the BS table I have:

COL. NO. 1 2 3 4

For the rows with time = 7.517361111111112D-01, the subarray should be 2 instead of 1 (if NX table is correct!).

And if you look farther, you will see many of these. Obviously something is going wrong during the BS table update...Can you please have a look at it? I am now correcting the BS table by hand, but it really fastidious...

Thank you,
Best regards,
Arnaud
