The problem is that SETJY now uses the reference frequency and that is 
the same for both.

You could load the two halves separately, run FLOPM on the lower 
sideband, then VBGLU.  The tweo will then have different ref frequencies 
correctly but they will not be at the center of the band and so the 
average freq will still be off for SETJY.  I will look at making an 
option in SETJY 'CALC' to use the frequency of some specific channel.
