[daip] Problem with data files in aips

There are a few that deal with data in a wholesale way - RECAT looks for 
any CB*.uuu; files (header info) and builds a CA file from them.  You 
cannot have an existing CA file while doing this and you will always 
have one if you are inside AIPS.

Similarly, REBYTE processes a whole data are in foreign format to a 
local data area in local format.  There are others that are mostly used 
by managers to set up parameters read by all tasks as they start 
including AIPS itself.

Glad to hear that for some reason the CA file you had did not list 
everything and could be repaired.
