[daip] problems with AIPSTV_INET and TEKSRV windows

Progress - but try ALT-TAB to see if there are icons.

Perhaps UBUNTU just does not like programs that start in icon form.  I 
sent a special script to start the TEK in non-icon form to one user and 
that helped it to work for her.  Maybe I need to generalize this somehow...
