New Ticket: IMEAN

I am experiencing mutiple problems with IMEAN.

The first is that if one sets values for BLC and TRC along with DOINVER 1, the task aborts.

The second problem is that now that PIXSTD and PIXAVG are no longer inputs, if the histogram fit fails, there appears to be no way to offer the program a new starting value to make it converge. These failures seem to be more frequent when BLC and TRC are set.

Third, I find that even when a histogram fit is performed, it is sometimes nonsensical.

Lastly, the number of bins in the plotted histogram seems to be variable and not related to the value of NBOX.
