[daip] vlbautil fails

Core is full, VLBAUTIL was probably "run" too many times (it will blow core 
after loading it only a few times).  To fix do a RESTORE 0.  So that it doesn't 
happen in the future, type COMPRESS after runing VLBAUTIL.
