New Staff Reply: IMEAN

The function DROUND was declared to be double precision
when in fact it is integer in its returned value.  That
said, my 64-bit gnu compiler version worked anyway!  The
Intel 64-bit version did what you said.  The MNJ should 
fix this although I cannot understand the GNU part...
