It is still giving the message about shared memory failure.
I guess we should try a larger value for shmmax - try 
20971520 or even 33554432.  Note that these are simply a
maximum.  So long as no program misbehaves, it should be
okay to set the max too high.  16777216 is only a little
above the mqax I think you should need but perhaps each
must be n*4096 bytes long.  In that case even the 20971520
will probably be too small.

Don't forget to reboot after changing the file.
