New Client Reply: SPECR bug?

Hi Eric,

It's no longer a problem for me in the 31DEC08 because I found a workaround, but I figured it was good to submit a bug report anyway in case it also was in newer versions.

Initially I had set outseq, and I believe I also tested it with outseq set to 0. I think it happened in both cases.

Let me know if you want more information; I'm happy to cut and paste output or explain what I did in a little more detail.
