The problem lay in LISTR which now attempts to include the global gain 
factor in its listing.  Magic blanks were scaled by this before testing 
for the magic and so they were no longer magic.  It has been fixed as of 
tonight's MNJ and that scaling and fix was also moved to 31DEC10.
