Yes - this is the last step in the code roll over.  I 
have made a baselines.evlais11 file in the "master"
area (containing nothing) which a cron will move to 
the public ftp site tonight.  That should fix this
problem.  I have also put the 2010 EVLA baselines file
into the system so it will migrate everywhere and not
require dynamic downloading.
