I have changed SLICE to add 3 columns of X, Y, Z values for each slice 
pixel.

I have changed SQASH so that it can squash even axis 2.  With SLICE and 
TRANS this makes interesting images.

Both will be available by MNJ in 31DEC11 and 31DEC12 tomorrow.
