New Staff Reply: UVPLT elevation and azimuth: select individ antennas

See the help file information concerning REFANT.  The elevation is that of REFANT
if that adverb is > 0.  Otherwise, it is the average elevation seen at the 2
antennas of the baseline.  Try plotting with REFANT=1 and then REFANT=2...
