It's a holiday so of course I'm here.

Data obtained in the way you used does not contain an index file.
Did you run INDXR?  Did UVLOD say that it omitted nnn samples for
being pure zero?  Try also PRTTP on the FITS file.  Do the number
of visibilities look suitable - i.e. total time / integration time
* 351 * efficiency.  This last should be 0.8 or so.
