[daip] VSAD in AIPS

Sorry for the delay - I have been on vacation.  Use daip at nrao.edu to get 
a response in a more timely manner or the helpdesk.

VSAD has never been in the aips distribution.  SAD is our version of it 
and I am not sure I approve of some of VSAD's behavior.  It does not 
allow solutions with widths < the Clean beam although noise and other 
complexities could cause such widths.  I worry therefore about biases in 
the resulting statistics.  Contact bcotton at nrao.edu for further advice.
