[daip] VSAD in AIPS

Hi Paul,

Eric Greisen, our expert on such things is on vacation.  From what I have been 
able to find out, VSAD was a program written by Bill Cotton and is not, as you 
noticed, part of the AIPS distribution.  You can try contacting Bill about it 
(bcotton at nrao.edu).
