Hi Jackie,

Part of it this depends on the exact versions of AIPS that were used, i.e., even if both you and Jeff used 31DEC10 to reduce the data they are probably different because they were updated on different dates.  I.e., when did you last run a midnight job on AIPS.

SETJY was updated February 14th with new values for the standard calibrators.  So if one of you had a pre-Feb 14 version of AIPS then you would get different values.

There are no on-line opacities.  Are you talking about the opacities applied by INDXR?  Until April 8, INDXR did not identify KA band correctly and used Q band opacities.  This might explain your flux density discrepancies. Check the amplitudes in the CL table created by INDXR.

Also could you send me the date of the experiment?
