New Staff Reply: TECOR pretends to run but does nothing.

TECOR does the *dispersive delay* which is in the DISP column in the CL table or can be plotted with DDLY in SNPLT, NOT IN THE PHASE OR DELAY COLUMNS.  Is there something in the dispersive delay column of the CL table after you run TECOR?  When you plot the phases with VPLOT while applying the CL table are they different?
