New Staff Reply: Midnight job pause.

The order in which the revised $AIPS_ROOT files are copied
to $AIPS_ROOT and corrected by AIPSROOT.DEFINE is critical.
New ones must be first in the list (and there should be no
more than 1 new one at a time).  Fixed UPDUPDATE list order.
I build a new MNJ already so this fix should appear when
you run the MNJ this evening at home.
