New Ticket: FILLM always gives K-band zenith opacity

When you run FILLM, on for example Q-band data, the opacity messages all refer to the zenith opacity at *K-band*. For example

This data is from AJ293.

It isn't clear whether this is a real bug, that results in incorrect opacities being applied, or if it is just a matter of what is printed to the log. Even if its the latter it would be good to fix it, since it gives the impression of a more serious bug.
