[daip] reading wmap in aips

Hi Eric,
This is the 7-year  data. The previous one was data taken after 5 
years. I used puth  and it works now. Thanks.

Should I be worried if I use a few degrees of the galactic center for 
comparison with other images?

What should I tell the person who is charge of WMAP data?
Your advice will be appreciated.
