        This may be prevented by setting SPECINDX to something other
        than 0 and 0.0 will be used iff SPECINDX < -5 or > +5.

        Add the SPECINDX and SPECURVE adverbs.  They are used in
        OPTYPE blank mode along with ZEROSP which becomes the flux at
        BIF with OPTYPE ' ' or at 1 GHz with new OPTYPE 'SPEC'.
