here's some thought from Eric.

If the user has managed to get 2 solutions from FRING then CLCAL
may well interpolate/extrapolate them. With such a narrow bandwidth
the solutions could be rather large as well without affecting the visible bandwidth much. Then CALIB would have to correct for the
large FRING values. If one looked at the SN table rather than the
calibrator net phases it could look like there were large phase jumps between cal scans.
I would suggest he start over with no FRING and see if the CALIB
issue persists.
