New Staff Reply: problem with DBCON output

With DOARRAY > 0, DBCON was feeding the antenna re-formating 
routines a revised header which ended up back on disk in the
input file.  This changed the header frequency but did not
correct the u,v,w's of the input file.

Changed the re-formating routines to get a "safe" header from
disk and use that when re-formating the AN files.  This forced a
fix to a basic subroutine that used an LUN that was already in
use (when DOARRAY = 0).  Also added MWA as a known array to the
ANFIND routine so it knows what to do.

Many tasks will be replaced with tomorrow's MNJ.
