Good question - did you specify Stokes 'rr' and uvrange=4,9 to TVFLG 
also?  Were all other adverbs the same?  You might also try UVPRT.  Note 
that all 3 use the same low level subroutines so we have to look for 
inconsistancies in the adverbs.
