There are several curious things in your message.

1. Can you send me a PRTAB of your input AN files?  I can then
   include the MWA in the list of known arrays.  BTW - where exactly
   is the MWA?

2. Your input UV data sets probably start with a referencs pixel in
   frequency other than 1.0  DBCON changes this on output to 1.0 to
   make sure that everything lines up okay.  If you plot UVPLT you
   have to be careful of the choice of spectral channel.  For any
   fixed channel the uv's should have been the same despite the
   rescaling.

3. I do not understand the change in the scaling messages - did the
   sorted data sets suddenly get a new frequency reference pixel?
