[daip] avspc only copies 1 cl table?

Actually I am somewhat confused myself -what are you doing?  Typically 
you would not set DOCAL true to run AVSPC to make a channel 0 file for 
calibrating.  You have set it true and so it copied only CL table 1. 
That may or may not already have some calibration in it and if it does 
then it is wrong to keep that one also with the AVSPC output - I am 
thinking of changing that copy routine to make a new but 1,0 filled CL 
table 1 when calibration has been applied.

I would back up and set docal false in avspc - then the CL tables remain 
similar in both line and channel 0 files.
