[daip] Installation issues

Hi Karen,

First I would suggest looking at the manager FAQ 
(http://www.aips.nrao.edu/aipsmgr/) there are several TV issues described there. 
  The most common is the /etc/services one.  If you cannot solve your problem 
that way please get back to us with any messages AIPS produces when it starts 
referring to the TV.
