New Staff Reply: FITLD not working properly on OS X 10.6

The Merlin FITS IDI tapes had two problems that confounded
AIPS:
   1. The TMATXn keyword is logical valued not string valued
but was given as a quoted string.
   2. The header also includes the TDIMn keyword not defined
FITS-IDI but used in more modern uv-table formats.

The former always kept FITLD from recognizing that the vis
column was not a random parameter but the latter fooled the
task in 31DEC09 and before to realize that it was the data
rather than a random parameter.  In 31DEC10, the code was changed
to defend TDIMn to the one expected usage.

I have made the reader for logical fits variables more forgiving
in 31DEC10 and 31DEC11.  A MNJ after tonight will fix your
versions of FITLD.
