New Staff Reply: ZTACT2 messages in AIPS

errno 2 is ENOENT or the directory file for /tmp
lists files that are not in /tmp.  Is your /tmp a real
disk area or is it in RAM?

Anyway, this error is no error given what AIPS is trying
to do here.  So I have masked ENOENT.  The MNJ on 31DEC10
tonight should fix this up even though I am in the midst
of the code rollover.
