New Ticket: UVMOD for disk & sphere models

UVMOD seems to have broken sometime between July 13 and now.

It works okay for Gaussian components, but at least for CPARM = 2 and 4 (a disk and
an optically thin sphere) it now returns nonsensical values.  The 31DEC09 version produces strange values for the visibility ampltudes.  I have attached a UVPLT showing ampl vs uvdist
for two files, the first made with 31DEC10 (yellow) and the 2nd with 31DEC09 (green).
Inputs to UVMOD were identical (a disk model with radius = 10 mas and 1 Jy)
