New Staff Reply: CLCOR versions

Your attachment did not attach apparently.  This can be very confusing
but if the file you ran CLCOR 31DEC08 had the format of the AN file 
changed before CLCOR, then the numbers it will put into the CL table
will be wrong and UVPRT will be completely different.  I guess I should
try some test like this.
