        Added the option to set the transfer function in displaying
        amplitude like things.  LINear, LOG, SQRT, LOG2 are offerred
        in a cycle.  Changed the HLP files TVFLG, HLPTVFLG, SPFLG,
        and HLPSPFLG to reflect the new option.
