[daip] Tsys values loaded by FILLM

Hi Lynn,

I have asked around and the consensus seems to be that your data was taken right 
when the modcomps were being transitioned out so no-one seems be be surprised 
that the Tsys are funny.  Since the Tsys seem to be fine with current data, 
we've decided not to explore your bug further.
