[daip] error messages

I'm trying to reduce the POLCAL data with a script
that Ed Fomalont wrote.  He is here, but doesn't know
what could be causing this problem.
After loading the data, I get this error:

AIPS 1: SUBSCRIPT      2 OUT OF RANGE (1:     1)
AIPS 1: BOUNDARY LIM

Does this mean anything to you?
