New Staff Reply: FRING after SPLIT

Checking the code, the header frequency increment was not the only
parameter neglected.  Corrected the header increment and reference pixel.
Changed the increment in the FQ table as well.

I am going to mark the ticket done - but can you test this tomorrow?
