New Staff Reply: CLCOR 'POLR' option not updating AN table IF 2

Yet another place where the old design of the AN table
gets us. The only way that one could deduce the number
of IFs was from the dimensions of a column and the usual
way this was deduced was wrong.  Now the column number
changed and I did not notice a number of these usages.

CLCOR will be corrected in tomorrow's MNJ.
