[daip] reading wmap in aips

Hi Eric,
Thanks for doing this. With some help from Goddard. I was able to load the 
images into aips. However, 
I am cutting out the inner 10deg and am trying to 
make polarization maps etc and compare the wmaps with other images. I am 
stuck with this Mollweide projection. I appreciate your help.
