[daip] Problem with AIPS

Hi Melanie,

Have you looked in your /etc/services?  This is usually the problem in these 
cases.  Go to http://www.aips.nrao.edu/aipsmgr/ and look under "Problems with 
the TV, message, TEK..." for further details.
