[daip] AIPS Y2K bits correct scores?

Do you mean 4.1.2 or 4.2.1 as stated below - makes a difference?

All these look okay - the algorithms have changed some and the compilers 
are changed.  I forget what 4.1 did - failed to compile everything or 
something else like fail on Y2K..

The YES is a proc that is a no-op which is invoked sometimes and other 
times the YES is sucked up by various destroy functions that require 
answers.
