I have found the problem and it is consistent with what you found - it 
worked at first and then not later...

The number of sources was limited to 100.  So it probably worked for 
source numbers <= 100 and failed for later ones.

I will raise the limit substantially.

If you run a MNJ tomorrow, you will get a repaired version.
