[daip] VLA Antenna file and phased array

Eric,

I just loaded BB268B (Aug 2nd) with online fillm. It is a
vlbi expt, with the first part single dish and the second
part phased array. The antenna file has all ants "OUT" so
I've got problems calibrating the phased array data.
Anything you can do?
