[daip] lost file names using FITAB and FITLD

   It was a while ago, but probably with multiple executions.  Actually, 
since the first file was on disk 1, and the others on disk 2, I probably 
wrote the first and then the others in a separate job.

   I read it in one go.

   Sorry I can't remember back to the last time this happened.  I only 
remember seeing this before.
