Aaron,

I do not think the wrong calculation of UV due to error at the 
calculation time (5,10sec) leads to the rotation of the whole UV 
coverage. That is why I put the word rotation in "" at my previous 
message.  It occurs only for the source with dec=90deg, when the all 
ellipses are centered at UV=0. 
With declination .NE. 0 different ellipses are shifted differently along 
the V.
As a result angular rotation of the vector (UV=0, point at the ellipse)  
may be different for different ellipses.
