[daip] Problems with installation on hardy heron/linux 64bits

Hi Eric

 Another minor typo.

 For ATLOD we need to add somethings to NEWPARMS.001, so I was editing it
 The file provided has a typo:

 SCALAR    FSIZE                  & 24-Sep-2008

   & should be $

Without that any stuff added afterwards will not be read ... so atlod
would not work.
I attach the file which works. If the ATLOD stuff could be in the
distribution version some common problems for the LBA users could be
avoided.
