[daip] Task 'FLATN' error using 253 images

I found the limit in the code - it is 10240 which is probably not enough 
but each one costs 1200 bytes or so which makes this painful.

My guess is that you have NFIELD and NMAPS set and so your loop is way 
more than 253.
