Is there a catalog entry on disk 1 slot 61?  It is possible that IMAGR 
was creating a scratch file when the machine crashed.  Then the SC file 
may exist but not be in the catalog.

Again cd to that first data area.  Do an "ls -laF SC*" and delete ant SC 
file you find.
