We do not ship the Y2K data with AIPS - they would greatly increase the 
size of the already large tarball.  They are at web address
ftp://ftp.aoc.nrao.edu/pub/software/aips/FITS/31DEC04/
and are named Y2KL* for the large test.  Be sure to download them to an 
area of your choosing on your machine using binary inside ftp.  Then set 
an environment variable to point to that area and in the Y2K adverbs set 
Y2KDISK to that variable name.
