The TST versions of tasks cannot work on old TVs.  It is expected that 
OLD and NEW tasks can work on TST TVs.  When you run AIPS OLD I do not 
know how versions default and you may have to ask for OLD explicitly. 
(I bet the code looks in TST internally - but don't have time to look now.)
